Items listed under Consent are generally of a routine nature. The Board may take action to approve/disapprove all items in a single vote. Any item may be withheld from a general action, to be discussed and voted upon separately at the discretion of the Board.

A grant application to the Burlington/Graham Metropolitan Planning Organization (BGMPO) for a total cost of $45,000. If approved, the BGMPO will furnish 80% of the cost and a 20% local match, or $9,000, will be required. The Planning Department has more than $9,000 already budgeted to cover such costs.

The City of Graham is requesting the appointment of two new Review Officers, as prescribed by N.C.G.S. 47-30.2. These Review Officers include Cameron West and Evan Workman.

Donald Reuss, Vice President of Vaya Health, will provide an update on the operations of the Alamance Behavioral Health Center. Mr. Reuss will be presenting via Zoom.

Review presentation and materials regarding the application for a franchise agreement with LifeStar Emergency Services (Winston-Salem, NC). LifeStar has submitted a franchise application to Ray Vipperman, EMS Director. Representatives of LifeStar will be present at the meeting to answer questions.  This will be the first reading.
