Grant Approval – Public Health

The board will consider a request to apply for $77,500 NEHS/FDA Retail Food Program Standards Grant Funding. This would be a 100% reimbursement grant with no local match required.

Update to Fire Prevention Code Ordinance

Review updates to the Fire Prevention Code Ordinance.

Approval of Sale of Easements for DOT Right-of-Way

This item requests approval to grant permanent and temporary easements to the North Carolina Department of Transportation along several pieces of property along Graham-Hopedale Road.
