Items listed under Consent are generally of a routine nature. The Board may take action to approve/disapprove all items in a single vote. Any item may be withheld from a general action, to be discussed and voted upon separately at the discretion of the Board.

Budget amendment requested to increase the current budget of $1,500 by $3,275.32 to record the receipt of $4,775.32 for the Alamance County War Memorial from the Alamance Community Foundation. The grant is designated for the cleaning and maintenance of the Alamance War Memorial in Graham.

The Board will consider a Capital Reserve Fund request of $301,980 and, if approved, transfer funds from the School Capital Reserve Fund to the Schools Capital Project Fund to amend the budget for roofing design fees for projects at BE Jordan, $52,500, Western High, $140,625, and Western Middle, $108,855. If approved, the Capital Reserve Fund balance will be $120,172.38.

The Board of Commissioners will receive a report and update on the mold remediation at the Alamance Burlington Schools. ABSS also plans to present information on a long-term air quality plan and school plan.
