Consideration of the appointment of Bryan Lewis and Amanda Scott to the Alamance County Senior Services Committee.

Budget and Management Services recommends the Board approve and amend the General Fund to increase by $600,000 and decrease the Schools Capital Project Fund by $11,907.44.

Ms. Lentora Duncan, MS, LCAS-A, Durham Drug Treatment Court Coordinator, will provide a brief high-level overview of the purpose of an Adult Treatment Court and how it benefits a county to implement.

The Board will consider and approve a resolution to authorize the issuance of bonds in the aggregate principal amount not to exceed $19,515,000. The bonds will finance roof and HVAC repairs and replacements as identified through the Consolidated Roof/HVAC study.

Board will consider a Schools Capital Reserve Fund request of $15,370.64 and, if approved, amend the budget to transfer funds from the Schools Capital Reserve Fund to the Schools Capital Project Fund for the Haw River Elementary Masonry project. If approved, the Schools Capital Reserve balance will be $49,862.
