BUDGET AMENDMENTS

7.a.1

Budget Amendment 23

Budget and Management Services recommends the Board approve and amend the General Fund to increase by $87,000, increase the Alamance Community College Capital Reserve Fund by $29,572.61, and decrease the Alamance Community College Fund by $76,661.61.

7.b

Grant Approval – Public Health

The board will consider a request to apply for O-BJA-2024-171972, BJA FY24 Adult Treatment Court Program, for $900,000. This grant will be 100% reimbursement with a total in-kind match of $300,000. The in-kind match will be in the form of services, supplies, real property, and equipment.

UDO Amendment (RV Park Clearway) - Matthew Hoagland, Planning Director

A public hearing is required in order to consider an amendment to the Unified Development Ordinance. This requested amendment would narrow the RV Park Clearway width from 60 feet to 30 feet.
