Budget Amendment 14

Budget and Management Services recommends the Board approve and amend the General Fund to increase by $24,855.

Juvenile Crime Prevention Council FY 2024-2025 Funding Plan

Consideration of approving the Juvenile Crime Prevention Council Annual Funding Plan for fiscal year 2024-2025.

Budget & Property Tax Rate Information - Sheriff Terry Johnson

Sheriff Terry Johnson has requested to present some information on the budget and property tax rates to the Board.

7.b

Follow-Up on Commercial Property Appraisals - Jeremy Akins, Tax Administrator

The Tax Administrator will provide a follow-up report regarding the recent commercial property appraisals.

7.c

Bond Premium Discussion - Susan Evans, Finance Officer

The Board will discuss and instruct staff on accepting bond premium for the upcoming bond sale.

Further Discussion of Phase1B Market Study - County Manager York & Cheryl Ray, Human Resources Director

This presentation is a status update on compensation items that been brought forth for consideration post the first phase of the Baker Tilly compensation study. The Board is being asked to approve, within the available phase one remaining dollars, the recommendations below.

Presentation of the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Recommended Budget - County Manager York

The County Manager will present the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Recommended Budget to the Board.
